The NAEP (National Assessment of Educational Progress) will be given on December 10th. (This test was postponed due to Hurricane Helene.). Your child has been randomly selected to participate in this assessment.

This week, 27 students from Macon Middle School went to the Tremont Institute in the Great Smoky Mountains. The students embraced the spirit of adventure, resilience, and community. Many experienced their first actual hike on an all-day 8-mile trek.

Bus 110 will not run this afternoon.
Due to the county-wide professional development activity, students will be released early on Wednesday. Students will have the chance to get a bagged lunch from the cafeteria. The bus bell will ring at 11:15, and the car rider bell will ring at 11:20.
Bus 37 is not running this afternoon.
As of now, 163 will run on Monday in the morning and evening. It will only run in the mornings for the rest of the week. We are needing drivers, please reach out to any school for information.
MMS fall pictures will be on Friday, September 13. Students should have brought home an informational flyer explaining how to purchase images.
